Kira Kruum of Koastal Design Group describes a serene combination of earthy hues and natural textures on crisp white backgrounds that create an urbane ambiance with a modern flare. The wide plank oak flooring brings warmth to the brilliant white interior. Bright, clean, modern backgrounds, balanced by rich, coastal textures and finishes, creates a livable, yet luxurious beach house retreat. Architectural Land Design allowed equally impressive outdoor living spaces, with shell stone sundecks graced by exquisite landscaping, and accented by a sunken fire pit with waterfall edge pool as the backdrop to the new dock and seawall.
