The Moorings/ Park Shore/ Coquina Sands single family market is very diverse in offering a variety of architectural styles and different characters of neighborhood.This area is composed of waterfront homes offering direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, homes with golf course views, and many off water homes only a short distance to the white sandy beaches of Naples. Price ranges vary with the differential from high to low is several million dollars. It is not uncommon to have a $750k home across the street from a $5m home. A majority of the homes in these neighborhoods were developed in the early to mid 1970's.
