"Unearthed: Dinosaurs in the Garden" Opens at Naples Botanical Garden

03/17/15

The Naples Botanical Garden is hosting its own version of Jurassic Park with "Unearthed: Dinosaurs in the Garden" from now until June 5, 2015. Life-size replicas of these facinating creatures move and growl, incorporating key details from paleontological findings and research from around the world. Through storytelling and comparitive links to fossil evidence, visitors will discover the latest scientific facts and theories about their favorite dinosaurs, including a fossil dig pit where kids can make their own fossil discoveries and learn how paleontologists carefully unearth dinosaur bones.

"Unearthed: Dinosaurs in the Garden" is included with regular Garden admission and takes place during regular Garden hours. The Naples Botanical Garden includes six cultivated gardens, 2.5 miles of walking trails, and 90-acres of restored native preserve, and is one of Naples very special attractions.
