People ask me all the time what it is like during 'season' in Naples, especially living in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Grey Oaks, or other luxury communities. Believe it or not, in addition to the great weather, it is a pleasant time of year as Naples isn't a large city or carry with it those types of problems. Even at the heigh of season, if you have Port Royal real estate or live in Olde Naples, the bars and restaurants are crowded but not overwhelming and you can get a seat. In Olde Naples, Tommy Bahamas or Campiello's are busy, but you can find a seat most nights. There are also events every day and night, including almost weekly parades on 3rd street or 5th Ave in Olde Naples. It truly is a great time of year to enjoy the sun without the havoc of too much traffic or stress.
