Phase III site work is 35 percent complete and buildings plans have been submitted to the city of Naples for review and permit issuance.
At build-out, Moorings Park at Grey Oaks will include residences in 12 buildings, a clubhouse, Center for Healthy Living, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, and three 80,000-square-foot gardens. The community will be completed over four phases with all of the residences completed at the end of Phase III and the clubhouse completed at the end of Phase IV. Completion of Phase I construction is anticipated late fourth quarter of 2015.
