Four homes were sold at The Residences on Monday, two days before the projects official grand opening. The developer anticipates a complete sell-out prior to the completion of the Model Residences completion this summer.
The new gated 11 acre development located adjacent to Mercato will consist of 52 courtyard-style homes. Pricing will range from $1.2 million to $1.675 million. The floor plans created by Naples architect Matt Kragh will offer between 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. in the three to five bedroom designs. Each of the “Coastal Contemporary” homes will include a pool and the amenities at Mercato including the outstanding restaurants, shops and theater are only steps away.
With inventory at record lows and a forecast of another miserably cold winter for up north, and the demand for new construction in Naples, Florida, these residences should sell out quickly.
