Believe it or not, with the GCIP sale of 25 16th Ave S, the beach has truly become a seller's market. There simply isn't enough inventory (or very poor choices) to satisfy the demand. We have several clients looking in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, and other places along the beach looking to make offers but simply cannot find what they need. Our home on 12th Ave S, 60 12th Ave S, is getting daily showings because of this fact.
