Times have changed! At a time when we Realtors normally have a chance to catch our breaths, out-of-towners are uncharacteristically swarming to Naples, gobbling up inventory and searching until they find just the right property. The Naples Daily News published an article on August 16, 2013, "Nabor: Summer Real Estate Sales Sizzling in Naples Area." As the article cites, and as many of us working with upper-end condo buyers such as Park Shore and Moorings can attest, there is very little on the condo market with unobscured Gulf views at this point. When they come on the market, be prepared to make an offer--sometimes sight unseen!
