  • For the month ending June 2014 closed sales for properties over $1,000,000 are up over 30% year over year.
  • A property located in Port Royal on Spyglass Lane closed for over $17,000,000 during this period and the buyer was represented by a Gulf Coast International Properties Realtor. This is the highest sale for 2014 to date on MLS.
  • Inventory for single-family homes priced between $750,000 and $2,000,000 has decreased by over 6%.
  • As of today, there are roughly 3,700 properties for sale that's down from over 12,000 properties during the "real estate recession".
  • The 2 most expensive closed sales in "gated communities" were in Bay Colony Shores for $6,775,000 and Estates at Bay Colony for $6,100,000.
  • The most expensive closed sale in a high-rise development was at Windsor at Bay Colony for $9,925,000.
  • The most expensive single-family closed sale year to date in Grey Oaks was sold in Isle Royale in Grey Oaks for $4,850,000.
  • The most expensive single-family home to close this year in Olde Naples located on 2nd Ave S. sold for $10,650,000.  This home was put on the market on 5-2-14 and closed on 7-2-14.
