Naples, FL has been a leading luxury market over the last two years as the rest of the nation recently catches up. Case-Shiller forecast says Stable Home prices coupled with a recovering market in 2012 and foreseen 5% increase in prices by 2014.
The waterfront luxury real estate market in and around Old Naples, Florida has already shown a rebound of up to 30% off its bottom over two years ago. Inventory levels have returned to below 12 months, which is extremely healthy in the $1M+ market.
