Port Royal Sales - 2013 vs 2012


Gulf Coast International Properties wants to announce that sales are up 33% in 2013 over 2012 for Port Royal re-sale and new homes. 16 closed sales year to date at just over $100m vs. 12 sales last year at $53m. Rum Row, Galleon Drive, Kings Town, Gin Lane, Nelsons Walk and Gordon have all seen sales this year with it nearly evenly split between end users and developers. Port Royal, Naples luxury waterfront and other Naples luxury real estate communities continue to see sales, prices, and pending sales rise. Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, Grey Oaks, and other Naples high end developments have been busy as well.
