Based on traffic alone, Port Royal is primed to have another good year. Yesterday in Port Royal, I probably had 15-16 groups thru my home at 681 Kings town, which is probably a record. Not only that, but many appeared to be qualified buyers for Port Royal or Aqualane Shores real estate, and their general demeanor was positive and one of interest and excitement. Again, these are all promising signs for a good year in the Naples luxury real estate market, and we hope to see you soon in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, Grey Oaks, or another one of the beautiful Naples luxury real estate communities.
