Port Royal might be winding its season down but it's not closing up shop for the summer, as indicated by the continuing sales for the month of May and beginning of June. May 2011 saw five closed sales in the Port Royal area, from a dry lot at 2755 Lantern Lane selling for $2,200,000.00 to the waterfront property of 3400 Gin Lane selling for $4,100,000.00. Currently, we are at 63 active homes listed for the area, down substantially from this time last season. Educated buyers are continuing to seize good opportunities and good inventory. The waterfront residential areas of Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, and Olde Naples continually show that it's a sought-after property that retains value.
