There are 62 homes currently listed for sale in the prestigeous community of Port Royal. This is nearly a 50% reduction from the highs of 2009 when there were over 115 homes for sale in Port Royal. As with any other commodity, as the inventory continues to decline, pricing will inevitably begin to rise. This explains the flurry of activity that we've seen in the last 45 days. GCIP has nearly $50m in pending and closed transactions in that time period, something usually reserved for high season which is still over a month away...technically.
