What does Port Royal real estate and art exhibits in Naples have in common? Strong sales. Port Royal sales were up more than 60% by dollar transactions in 2010, and the local art exhibits are reporting strong sales as well. One art dealer reported a $300,000 sale last week alone. Clearly, the economy is doing better and the Naples luxury real estate markets, especially Port Royal homes and homeonwners, are responding by adding discretionary luxury assets like art to their new homes. This is certainly a promising trend for the luxury real estate market both in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, and across Naples. We will see if it continues in 2011.
