Below is a graph that tells the story of the real estate market in Naples (and indicative of many other markets). As you can plainly see, pending sales are at all-time highs. At one point, we had over 16000 listings in the Naples real estate market with now just more than 7000! At Gulf Coast International Properties, we can attest to this as we currently have 10 pending sales in our small boutique office from Port Royal to Aqualane Shores and Grey Oaks to other waterfront properties. Nevertheless, prices are still favorable to buyers making it an ideal time to buy and truly enjoy the Naples vacation lifestyle.
