Olde Naples is seeing a strong surge of activity at this time with 79 available single-family homes, 21 pending sales, and 16 closed SF sales already in 2011 ranging in price from $462,500 up to $6,000,000. Olde Naples borders Aqualane Shores to the south and Coquina Sands on its northern border. Both of those neighborhoods have also seen solid increases in activity over last year with inventory on the decline.
