The real estate market within Olde Naples and on the beach here in Naples, FL is continuing to show strength with numerous recent sales prices that are up from the lows of 2009-2010. There is a clear sense of recovery and the local consensus among highly regarded real estate professionals is that the best deals have already been had. More buyers are feeling that there is some stability within the stock market which has a direct correlation with our market. Further, a lot of buyers are also determined that now is the time to buy especially with the threat of inflation and real estate providing solid protection.
