Statistics in the Naples area are not only improving. They are jumping hurdles in the upper tier, or top 10% of the market. Olde Naples Beach Front and Port Royal properties are both the most prestigious real estate in Naples, and arguably among the state's most prestigious.
Sales thus far in the first quarter of 2011 of real estate with the most premium views are commanding premium prices again. So much so that those sales are up against some 20% versus just last year's sales in 2010. This is incredible and something that none of us at Gulf Coast International Properties expected. it's fantastic to see and I think it is certainly catching many buyers off guard! The demand is back!
