Baseball playoffs are on the horizon, college football starts this weekend and freshman college basketball players are settling into class (Go Big Blue). This can only mean the summer is ending and the winter real estate season is coming up soon. With that being said there are only two opportunities to purchase a single-family home in Old Naples for less than $1mm according to the Naples MLS. Coming into this summer market there were as many as 9-10 homes below $1mm available. A few of these homes were purchased for renovation however a majority were purchased by developers who have had an incredibly successful past 12 months.
The two homes available are located north of 5th Avenue south. One is a 1950's era home and the other is a recently renovated home. Both are very conveniently located near the beach and shopping. With new homes flying off the market it will not be long before these are sold and there is no doubt that coming into this season nothing below $1mm will exist.
