We are well into peak season in Naples, with visitors from all over the world this time of year. The weather has been fantastic and many events are under way in and around Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal. The buyer morale is up considerably in the real estate arena. The available property surplus has been diminished to only a few months of inventory in some areas, due to the climbing buyer demand. Most buyers agree now that the market has turned. Making it harder for them to receive large discounts and we are seeing some buyers pay new premiums for the best quality real estate.
