As an update, the newest model at Aqua is open and ready for inspection. This 3,590 sq. ft. residence is situated on the third floor and features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, volume ceilings, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a gourmet island kitchen, a master suite, two guest suites with private baths and a powder room.
