National sales of new homes jumps to its highest level since 2008 According to the Commerce Department. This equating to a seasonally adjusted annual pace up close to 10% in June over May. Positive news for the recovering housing market.
The strengthening real estate market is a big component (20%) of what is currently driving the US economy. while certain sectors of the economy like exports have fallen short.
