Something that has always been a bit of a rarity in downtown Naples, Florida is waterfront dining. That is about to change as a new development is proposed for the vacant lot that sits on the corner of highway 41 and River Point Drive (which is actually and Island just off 5th Avenue South). The developer has said that there will be 5 restaurants located over underground parking. These restaurants will have deep water views up the Gordon River and down through Naples Bay. This will be a great place to hang out for the evening and enjoy the downtown lifestyle. More information will be coming in the next several months.
