Throughout the city of Naples there are many new construction opportunities including Large estate sized single-family homes, smaller coastal cottages, villas, town homes, and condominiums. In Port Royal there are several great options spanning in price from just below $10m to over $20m offering a variety of styles. In Aqualane Shores there are very few offerings on the market at the moment with new home prices starting just over $6m. Old Naples has quite a few single-family homes available and depending upon location they are ranging from $1000 per square foot and up. Old Naples also has several newly built detached villas available on the $3m range. Naples Square has the largest offering of garden style condominiums starting in the $700k range and topping out over $1m. New construction in the Coquina Sands/ Moorings/ Park Shore neighborhoods start just below $3m for an off water home and around $6m for a new home on the water with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
