Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, and Royal Harbor, are all part of the waterways connected to Naples Bay, all have deep water, around 8 feet up to 16 feet, and have no bridge gulf access via Gordon Pass. Port Royal is Naples' premier luxury community lying between the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay on wider canals, various coves and Naples Bay itself, with home prices averaging $9,480,000. Aqualane Shores is a waterfront community found on navigable canals or directly on Naples Bay with average home prices of $4,641,000. Royal Harbor is found on the east side of Naples Bay on navigable canals and the bay, itself, with home prices averaging $2,007,000.
Park Shore and Moorings are set more northern on Venetian Bay and Moorings Bay with no bridge gulf access for just over 50 homes, and one or two bridge gulf access for the remainder via Doctor's Pass. Park Shore and Moorings waterways run a little more shallow with depths measuring 4 to 7 feet in Moorings Bay, and then varying from 4 to 12 feet in Venetian Bay. Park Shore Dr. bridge height clearance is 18 feet, while Harbour Dr. bridge height clearance is 11 feet. Waterfront home prices here average $3,385,000.
