Nelsons Walk in Naples, FL ranked 12th, and the median price of properties along this street is $10.496 million. Nelsons Walk is in the exclusive Port Royal neighborhood where homes boast waterfront locations and stunning views.
Interestingly, America's most exclusive streets are names, not numbers. The most valuable street names describe something about a home’s privileged location, such as Island or Beach. And suffixes matter too. Terrace, Way and Place make up a small percentage of suffixes nationwide, and homes on these streets are typically worth more. The most common suffixes — Street, Boulevard and Avenue — tend to be the least valuable.
