AS the NABOR report below indicates, sales are up across the board with inventory down. In the $300,000+ category, we are actually seeing price increases of 18% year over year. Closed sales in the $2m+ category are up 12% year over year as well. Naples Beach inventory has decreased 16% in the last year as well. These are all signs that the market is starting to recover. We are seeing significant sales and traffic within our own office as well, reflecting the larger market.
