The real estate market in Naples has not let up as it typically does in the summertime. Values in some areas are up believe it or not 80% above where properties bottomed in late 2009. The most significant increases in activity are primarily in the luxury areas of Port Royal, Olde Naples, Aqualane Shores, Coquina Sands, The Moorings, and Park Shore. Also worth noting is that the increases are substantially more significant in the land and single family categories. The Naples condominium market is finally starting to come back following other categories but has lagged somwhat. Naples inventory levels are the lowest I've ever seen with now less than 4,000 available properties after peaking at nearly 13,000 6-7 years ago.
