The Naples Real Estate Market continues to show strong overall improvement with pending and closed sales up more than 15% market-wide with inventory down double digits as well. Inventory levels havent been this low since NABOR started tracking this stat in 2007, with most realtors believing we are at 2003-2004 levels when the market was booming. The Naples Beach Area, which is largely the Naples waterfront area like Port Royal, has seen pending sales rise about 15% is the last year vs. year prior.
