According to the Naples Area Board of Realtors most recent market study, Naples area Real Estate has seen a 10% increase in overall sales for 2010 versus 2009. The most recent and major increases have occurred within the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 price category. We have experienced a typical market turnaround with the lower price categories having bottomed first and now the activity is working its way up in price. There will likely NEVER be a better time to buy in Naples now that pricing is 25% to 50% off of 2005-2006 peak and interest rates still being at nearly all time lows.
