Gulf Coast International Properties wants to share with buyers and developers from Port Royal to Aqualane Shores and other Naples waterfront properties that is appears that the state of Florida is going to ease restrictions on new fire flow requirements. The 2010 Florida Fire Flow REquirement made any new home 5000 square feet was supposed to have 1000 pounds of water pressure per minute. However, do to the older infrastructure in communities like Port Royal, Auqalne Shores and Olde Naples, meeting this code was onerous and hurting developers. The state is going to loosen the rules according to the Naples News article below.
