Despite being in the summer, Naples real estate sales remained strong with pending and closed sales up over prior August, 2014 time frame and inventory down a couple points. Time on market for areas like Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples and Park Shore waterfront was up in overall sales, average closed sale price down on time on market. We are telling our sellers for Naples waterfront homes that now is a great time to sell as we are seeing Port Royal record prices, Aqualane Shores record sale prices, and terrific Naples home sales overall. Financing is still excellent and investors and end users continue to flock to Naples luxury real estate.
