Naples High Golden Eagles, will take on powerhouse Miami Central in a Class 6A semifinal Friday tonight in Miami for the chance to play in the State Championship game. Miami Central is the three time defending 6A state champion but Naples High is one of only a few undefeated teams of all of the remaining teams left in the playoffs. The game kicks off at 7:30 at Traz Powell Stadium a 10,000-seat stadium opened in 1963 at 11380 NW 27th Avenue in Miami, adjacent to Miami-Dade College’s north campus. Security will be extensive so leave plenty of time to arrive to the stadium.
