I spent Friday evening dining at Sea Salt on 3rd Street South in downtown Old Naples. There were quite a few people having a good time shopping and eating on 3rd. After dinner we went to 5th Avenue South for a few drinks with friends and ended up riding the free shuttle to Mercato for some live music. Saturday Gulf Coast International Properties hosted an amazing party at 1201 Galleon Drive in Port Royal. Over 175 of our friends and clients enjoyed a perfect evening of music, food, and conversation. We were treated to perfect 78 degree weather as the guests mingled by the pool overlooking a tranquil bay and a crescent moon. Sunday morning I woke up early and went to the beach on 8th Avenue South. There was a nice breeze coming in from the south that offered up some surf to play in. The water is getting warm and the sand felt great...it's been a busy season for real estate and i had forgotten how much I love the beach. I packed up by noon in order to make it to my open house at 471 Spinnaker Court in The Moorings. It was a very busy open house and the people that came through seemed like serious buyers. Sunday evening I thought to myself "What a great weekend, I'm truly grateful I live in Naples, Florida!"
