Gulf Coast International Properties is ideally located on Third Street for tonight's Christmas on Third. Third Street South, full of twinkly lights and wonderful decorations, launches the Holiday Season as the Mayor lights the official Christmas tree and...the snow falls - which it continues to do every evening during this week-long celebration.
This is a wonderful event for everyone to enjoy, so if you live in Port Royal, Olde Naples, Aqualane Shores, or anywhere nearby, we recommend you come down and enjoy the festivities starting at 6PM. The music and snow flurries continue with the Celebration of Lights, all November long.

Who says there's no snow in Naples! Wander over to Third Street and take in an incredible Celebration of Lights, including a musical show amid a flurry of soft white snow.

Tuesday, Nov. 22nd - 6:00pm – 9:00pm: snow show at 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 23rd - 6:00pm – 9:00pm: snow show at 7:30 p.m
Thursday, Nov. 24th – Thanksgiving – No music or snow show
Friday, Nov. 25th - 6:00pm – 9:00pm: snow show at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 26th - 6:00pm – 9:00pm: snow show at 7:30 p.m.
