Naples Community Sailing Center wil be hosting the Naples Cup Regatta on November 12th and 13th, 2016 at Lowdermilk Park. This is the 14th year Naples has hosted the regatta. The event attracts 200-300 sailors and their families each year. Sailors travel from all over the state, country, and world to attend this race as it is one of the most sought after of the season. The Naples Cup offers racing for several classes of boats, the largest class being the optimist class.
My son has been sailing with NCSC for 4 years and it has been an amazing experience for my family. He has learned a valuable life skill of sailing and learned responsibility, decision making, and independence skills I don't think are the same with many other sports.
