The weather has been absolutely perfect in Naples the past couple of weeks. The city is much quieter too with seasonal residents having gone north. There's still a flurry of market activity going on however. Serious buyers are still here looking to find their winter get aways while there's still a decent selection of homes to choose from. Consumers are definitely bullish on the Naples real estate market.
