Luxury home builders are busy again in Naples, FL - very busy! It seems like every corner you turn in Olde Naples, you see a new single-family home or townhouse going up. Many of these new construction homes are spec homes and are a needed addition to the sparse inventory and are being snatched up quickly by keen buyers.
Let's take a look at new construction home availability and prices in a few different luxury neighborhoods in Naples.
