The beach in Naples has truly become a seller's market. The Naples luxury market has chiseled away at the inventory, making for significant pent-up demand from Port Royal to Olde Naples and beyond. There are only a few Port Royal homes on the market on the beach, with Olde Naples the same. I anticipate significant acquisition and development to take place in the coming months as developers see opportunity to built new construction and compete well against older homes.
