Only 13 coach homes remain in their newer neighborhood of Traditions. This is an enclave of 62 luxury villa residences and 60 coach homes being developed by Halstatt Partnership and CC Devco. The Naples-based Halstatt Partnership is the developer of Grey Oaks Country Club and owned by the Sproul family. CC Devco is a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida.
There is a variety of coach homes remaining including a furnished, first-floor Pinehurst floor plan model priced at $864,236; one completed, move-in ready Pinehurst residence priced at $690,203; a fully-furnished second-floor Riviera floor plan model offered for $935,000; three completed, move-in ready Riviera residences ranging from $750,000 to $781,000 with optional features and upgrades; and two $640,000 Pinehursts and one $710,000 Riviera move-in ready homes scheduled for completion in May. There is a limited opportunity for homebuyers to make color and upgraded finish selections for the residences under construction. Two additional Pinehurst residences and two additional Riviera residences will be included in the final coach home building that will begin construction in the near future.
Floor plans for the Pinehurst model include 2,557 sq. ft. with the second-floor Riviera floor plan offering 3,170 sq. ft. under air. The models are exquisitely decorated and offer the finest finishes from hand-scraped wood floors to 18”x18” marble tile floors to Jenn-Air kitchen appliances.
