Naples, Florida will host to many exciting events this weekend accompanied by sunny skies, gulf breezes, and perfect late January weather.The Naples Winter Wine Festival will be in full swing this afternoon with events being held at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort. This is Naples' largest charity event which is benefits Naples Children & Education Foundation. The wine festival is ranked among the top 10 arts and entertainment for wealthy Americans and will draw crowds from Port Royal to Bay Colony. Just across from Tin City and Naples Bay is the 2013 Naples Boat Show. This is the largest marine show of the year for the Marco Island/ Naples area and will feature hundreds of boats. Boat dealers will be presenting both new and used boats through the day accompanied by music and food. The downtown farmers market will be in full swing located just between 3rd Street South and the Naples Pier. It will be packed with local fruits and vegetables, music, and neighbors. Also in Old Naples being held on 5th Avenue South is Chalk Art 2013 sponsored by The Naples Pelican Bay Rotary Club and benefits scholarships for local students. 5th Avenue south will be closed to traffic allowing for some amazing works of art. Every year local artists display their talents on the streets of Old Naples making it a fun event as you stroll down the avenue.
