The luxury market is definitely making a comeback, and the sales show it from Port Royal to Bay Colony to Mediterra! While sales were up more than 30% in Port Royal in 2010, they were up 40% in Palm Beach! Most of the luxury waterfront markets, like Naples, are seeing a resurgence in the last 6-12 months. The market will see a big one close soon for GCIP and Port Royal, just another reason for buyers to get in while the market is still in their favor as sellers are gaining more leverage, which is true in Olde Naples, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal - but especially the Naples beachfront market.
