Summer is over! School starts this Monday, August 19th for all public schools in Naples. While Naples has many schools which offer an excellent education, there are still those schools which stand out. Of those, and a personal favorite of mine, is Sea Gate Elementary School which serves such neighborhoods as Park Shore, Seagate, Pelican Bay and Pine Ridge, as well as along Gulf Shore Blvd. North. Sea Gate has continuously been a grade A school since 2000. For the 2013 school grades, based on a point system for performance, learning gains for all students, and learning gains for students in the lowest performing 25%, Sea Gate Elementary obtained the highest number of points out of all the schools in Collier County (665 on a scale to 800), including middle and high schools.
Now for all the families out there, I've done a little research. Within the Sea Gate School Zone, there are 444 residences for sale. Here is the break-down:
