In the last six months, there are 48 closed sales for the Olde Naples area consisting of single-family homes, villas, and condos. There are also currently 27 properties active with contracts and 23 pending sales. It looks like it will be a strong finish for the month of March in the Olde Naples area. Olde Naples beachfront, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal waterfront home sales are on the rise as inventory continues to decrease for 2011. Sales are proving the quality inventory and well-priced homes are going quicker and quicker, as our local market continues to recover.
