The Naples area real estate market has been pressed with demand for new homes over the last 2 years and we are now finally starting to see some new inventory come to market some of which will be arriving just in time for the upcoming season.
The most desirable areas in Naples including Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, Coquina Sands, The Moorings, and Park Shore all have seen a very significant amount of sales activity and increase in values over the last 2 years and new inventory particularly in Port Royal and Olde Naples is nearly non-existent.
Below is a list of how many new homes are currently available in the MLS for each respective area- (Note that the team at Gulf Coast International Properties keeps very close tabs on what's coming to market and also typically knows the majority of the "pocket listing" inventory not publicly listed.)
