If you love Handsome Harry's as much as we do, you'll know they make amazing Chicken Spring Rolls. Perfect for New Years and holiday celebrations, here is their recipe, straight from Chef Tony Biagetti.
CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS
12 spring roll wrappers available at most supermarkets
1/4 cup ginger, chopped
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1 cup carrots, shredded
3 cups napa cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon pickled ginger juice
6 tablespoons peanut sauce
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
2 ounces cream cheese
1 pound chicken meat
Sesame oil, as needed
Heat sesame oil in a skillet and saute garlic, ginger, and scallion.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until the chicken is cooked.
Take off the stove and place in a bowl to divide equally into the 12 wraps.
Roll as per instruction on wrapper package and fry in sesame oil.
