We are definitely in high season and there are a great deal of buyers now jumping off the fence. The combination of the frigid weather up north, the stock market continuing to gain ground, and our weather here being pretty much perfect is creating a flurry of people purchasing property here in Naples Florida. Gulf Coast International Properties agent Rex Miller just put 2 properties pending this last week with a combined value of more than $3,500,000. One property was located in Olde Naples and another within Grey Oaks Country Club. Both of these luxury areas in Naples are now seeing a solid uptick in sales activity. Overall this local market is now seeing more than 100 properties go under contract on a daily basis as compared to an average of about 70 just a couple of weeks ago. Now is definitely the time to step in and take advantage of the remainder of the buyers market that still exists and areas like Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Olde Naples, and Grey Oaks are now seeing value that will never be seen again.
