Florida Home sales up 15.8% year-to-year, prices up 14.1%; condo sales up 8.6%, prices up 26.3%. Excellent sales stats leading the market into the 2013 season with buyers executing decisions on new properties much faster this year. Gulf Coast International properties see activity racing as prices are on the move in Naples. We really believe the handful of luxurious, coastal, beachfront towns and cities in Florida, similar to Old Naples will continue to attract a lot of international demand.
Prices are still down considerably from their highs in 2006, but might not be for long.
