From Seagate south to Port Royal and west of 41 (Including Royal Harbor) MLS data shows closed sales have increased 20% from 293 units sold to 353 over the same 6 month period a year ago. Park Shore, The Moorings and Coquina Sands increased 10% from 192 units to 210 closed. Olde Naples increased 45% from 61 units closed to 88. Royal Harbor increase 50% from 13 closed sales to 20. Port Royal sales dipped 5% from 16 to 15 closed sales. The largest increase was in Aqualane where closed sales increased from 10 units to 18. That's an 80% increase in closed sales.
